Kareena, Helen in a dance off!

Can i really out do helen aunty? Kareena Kapoor One of Kareena Kapoor’s dreams will come true when she performs live with Helen at the Star Screen Awards tonight. A source from Cineyug (the production house managing the event) confirms that the divas will be on stage together for the Yeh mera dil number from Don. Says the source, “Kareena’s act comprises of the Yeh mera dil track along with a few others. While she’s performing the Don number, Helen will come on stage and do a little jig with her. Both of them agreed instantly when we approached them with the idea.” No comparison A source close to Kareena adds, “This is the first time that Helen and Kareena will be sharing the stage and both of them are excited about it. Kareena’s act is supposed to be subtle and sensuous. She will even talk to the audience about Helen and her experience enacting the role in Don. But she is also nervous about performing with Helen as she is a fabulous dancer.” Helen Helen is equally excited about her act, but says, “It’s not really a big dance number. I’m just going to come on stage for a brief period. Besides that, I am also presenting an award.” As for what she thought of Kareena’s act in Don, Helen says, “I think Kareena was much better than me. I liked her performance a lot. I even told her that when I met her recently. Times have changed and one really can’t compare the two dance numbers anymore.” Kareena’s boyfriend Shahid Kapoor will also be performing at the event, but not as a couple. This time Shahid is going solo and his act is being touted as a highlight as he will be dancing in harness atop a wall of lights. Other performers include Salman Khan, Ishaa Koppikar, Sunidhi Chauhan, Minissha Lamba, Shiney Ahuja and Bipasha Basu.
